Excerpt from the Journal Entry of Judgment on Jury Verdict, filed March 10, 2009.

After hearing all evidence on those claims to be considered by the jury and after receiving the Court's instructions of applicable law, the jury returned its verdicts in favor of Microvas and Buchner and against Neurovasix. The Court finds that each Jury Verdict Form on each cause of action submitted to the jury was in all respects proper and is accepted by the court."
