RESIGNATION
.Effective December 2, 2005, I resign as an officer and director of MicroVas Technologies, Inc. (MTI). I release MTI, its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and employees and neurovasix, inc., its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives and employees from all liabilities. I acknowledge receipt of $20.00 in consideration of the foregoing.
